*Holiday Gift Exchange Policy: Dec.1 - Dec.24
-Please have the order number or receipt ready.

-Please note we cannot accept any returns during Boxing Week (Dec.26-Dec.31)

-Our Guelph store will be closed between (Jan.1st-Jan.3rd) for our annual holiday closure. Starting Jan.4th we will be on reduced hours, open each week Wednesday-Saturday: 10am-6pm. You are welcome to return gifts that are unworn, with tags attached and in original condition for store credit or exchange between Jan.4th - Jan.31st during our Guelph open hours.

-Our Ossington location will be closed between (Jan.1st-Jan.3rd) for our annual holiday closure. Starting Jan.4th we will be on reduced hours, open each week Thursday-Sunday: 11am-6pm. You are welcome to return gifts that are unworn, with tags attached and in original condition for store credit or exchange between Jan.4th - Jan.31st during our Ossington open hours.

As long as your item was purchased at full price, is in original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached, you are welcome to return the item up to 15 days from date of purchase for a store credit or exchange only. No Refunds.

We must inspect and approve each return after we receive the item.

Please have your order number or receipt.

We appreciate your understanding that there are no returns available after 15 days.

EXCEPTIONS: 

Any markdowns/discounted/sale items (including all items purchased in any BOGO sales) are final sale. Beauty products, undergarments (such as bralettes and bodysuits), accessories (including hats, scarves, gloves), and jewelry are always FINAL SALE

FOOTWEAR

Can be returned up to 7 days only for store credit. Must have all original packaging: box, tissue paper, shoe molds (if applicable) and tags/stickers on. All footwear must be clearly unworn.

ONLINE ORDERS:

If you are unable to drop off your return in person (at any location during their operating hours), then the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
