As long as your item is in original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached, you are welcome to return the item up to 15 days from date of purchase for a full refund. Items may also be exchanged up to 30 days from date of purchase, or exchanged for store credit only.
We must inspect and approve each return after we receive the item.

Any markdowns/discounted/sale items (including all items purchased in any BOGO sales) are final sale. Beauty products, undergarments (such as bralettes and bodysuits), accessories (including hats, scarves, gloves), and jewelry are always final sale.
Can be returned up to 15 days only for refund or store credit. Must have all original packaging: box, tissue paper, shoe molds (if applicable) and tags/stickers on. All footwear must be clearly unworn.
Please note that items from this special seasonal collection (marked by a star on their hang tag) are final sale, and may be returned for store-credit credit only up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
2022 HOLIDAY GIFT EXCHANGE POLICY
So it wasn't exactly what they were looking for... Don't worry! We're here to help!
Any items purchased for a holiday gift between November 20th 2022 and December 24th 2022 can be exchanged or returned for store credit only until January 30th 2023. We appreciate your understanding that no returns or exchanges will be available after this date.
Proof of receipt with the order number must be shown to accept exchanges, with all hang tags and barcodes still in place (price may be blacked out). Items must be clearly unworn. Friendly reminder that markdowns are always FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged.
If you are unable to drop off your return in person (at any location during their operating hours), then the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
