8 Week Series
A Yoga, Journaling & Meditation Series from Kayla Jaques of Kind By Kay. Fall into your new favourite routine!
The Series is 8 weeks long and will include each weekly live online yoga class, recorded meditations and journalling prompts. Can't make the live class? Don't stress - recording will be sent out the following day!
Meditations and Journaling will be sent out each Monday so you can start each week off with self-love and gratitude. The weekly yoga will be held at 6:30pm each Wednesday via Zoom.
Drop in Yoga
Can't commit to the full 8 weeks? We get it! You can still sign up each week for the class you are able to attend. We can't wait to see you there!
COST: $15 for drop-in | $85 for full 8 week program
